Right of withdrawal

If you buy as a consumer, EU consumer law gives you fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract, without having to give a reason.

When the service starts immediately

Editing a video is a bespoke service that starts as soon as I receive your material. By asking me to begin before the fourteen days have passed, you agree that performance starts immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.

If you withdraw once work has started but is not complete, you will be charged an amount proportionate to the work carried out up to that point.

How to withdraw

Write to [email protected] stating your order number and purchase date. You can use this wording:

"I hereby give notice of withdrawal from the contract relating to order [NUMBER], concluded on [DATE]. Name: [NAME]. Email: [EMAIL]."

Refunds

Refunds are issued within fourteen days of your notice, using the same payment method as the purchase unless agreed otherwise. If work has not yet started, the refund is full.

If something isn't right

Before withdrawing, try writing in the order chat: it's almost always a matter of pacing or copy, and one revision settles it.
