What I need from you

Your raw material and a rough idea of what you want to achieve. Phone footage is perfectly fine: what matters is that it's steady, decently lit and has clean audio wherever someone is speaking.

If you have them, send these too:

• your logo as a vector file, or a PNG with a transparent background;
• your brand colours and the name of the font you use;
• two or three videos you like, so I understand the rhythm you have in mind;
• any exact copy that has to appear (offers, prices, dates).

What I do

I edit, pick the music, grade the colour, add subtitles and whatever animated graphics the package includes. Above all I work on the first three seconds: that's where it's decided whether the video gets watched or scrolled past.

Revisions

A revision is one round of changes collected together, not a single tweak. Watch the video properly, note everything you'd change and send me the list in one go: it's faster for both of us and uses only one revision.

Changes cover the edit: cuts, copy, pacing, music, colour. Re-shooting or completely changing the concept is a different job, and we agree it beforehand.

Turnaround

The stated days are working days and start when I have all your material, not when you pay. If something is missing the clock stops and restarts when it arrives. With the express option the job goes to the top of the queue and delivery drops to 24 working hours.

Files and confidentiality

Whatever you upload stays private: only you and I can reach it, after signing in to your account. There are no public links. Once the job is done you can ask me to delete everything at any time.
