A question before ordering
Email me at [email protected] with two lines about what you need to publish and where. I'll tell you which package makes sense — even when it's the cheapest one.
An order already under way
Open the order from your panel and write in the chat: the full history, files and versions are there. It's where I reply fastest, and you get an email whenever I answer.
Response times
I usually reply the same day on working days. If you're on a tight deadline, say so in the subject line: it helps me prioritise properly.
Payment support
For anything to do with a payment, always quote your order number (a code like CLP-2609-XXXXXX): I need it to trace the transaction.
